For the record, her viral tweet thread says ZERO about deaths or dying words (which COVID patients rarely have). Also the recent surge has resulted in at most 6 deaths per hospital in SD (assuming 0 in nursing homes). How many non-elderly deaths could 1 nurse have possibly seen?!

Have you seriously never heard of how Urban Legends grow? ER doctors/nurses generally do NOT deal with dying COVID patients.

I'm an RN in a covid ICU. I have had more pts die in the last 4 months than my last 4 yrs. Until you leave after a 14 hr shift & have 13 deaths on just that 1 unit, plz don't tell ANY medical prof that we are alarmists.
