  Yeah. I don’t think it’s really possible to spin this as a loss, because the whole point was appearances, and now Pelosi has forced the Senate GOP to at least pretend they will take this seriously. That’s as much a win as she could have hoped for.

  She lost because most of us didn't see the value in this in the first place. 2 year investigation and then an impeachment for what is a basically a court dispute about release of documents to congress. We are OVER IT.

  It's a goofy take, given the break among Senate Republicans on the straight dismissal of the articles that McConnell wanted... Especially when you combine it with the timing of the Lev Parnas documents being released. If that's "losing," I don't know what a win would look like.
