Here is a look at Nintendo digital sales on a quarterly basis. Q3 is the holiday quarter from Oct-Dec. Sales were strong in Q4 FY2019/20 (Jan-Mar) due to the launch of Animal Crossing, higher than the traditional Q3 peaks.

Worth noting that 70% of digital sales is attributed to full game downloads of packaged software. The remaining 30% is attributed to download only software, add on content and Nintendo Online subs. Digital sales are 34% of total software sales revenue.
