    After 5 long years, (strategic litigation against public participation) will be considered by the Constitutional Court on 17 Feb 2022: The defamation lawsuits against activists and public interest lawyers by Aus miner MRC.

    The Constitutional Court's roll for the first term of 2022 is up! The Court will consider a special defence against corporates' abuse of defamation cases (MSR). And another matter where the Limpopo HC didn't even grant leave to appeal (Mamadi). Should be fun!
