I had an abortion at the age of 19 and one at the age of 21. Both were because of pregnancies that were a result of contraceptive failures and it was the right thing to do because of where I was in life.

Had one at 23. Contraceptive failure. Was in grad school and broke. Did not want to drop out and raise a kid in poverty.

I had an abortion when I was 20. Never looked back. With no regret. And for those of you who feel I need comfort for that decision? I don't. It was the right thing then. And still is...

I was 28 and, like you, have never regretted my decision.

I had an abortion when I was 15. My private school didn’t have any sex Ed (besides abstinence”) & couldn’t tell my mom bc she was super religious. Luckily, my BF’s mom was a nurse and was so understanding. She took us to the clinic & paid for the procedure. So grateful 4 her.

I went to Tijuana when I was 17, (still illegal in US) & had a bizarre and scary abortion w/ no anesthesia, afterwards dropped off in alley behind bar where my father was told to wait.

I had one at 46. To keep the pregnancy, there was a real chance I'd risk my life and possibly leave my 15 year old daughter without a Mom. The man I was with didn't want to marry. Afterwards he shamed me terribly. He died a couple years later.
