First, it was . Now, it's no coincidence that is on the receiving end of the latest hateful Republican smear campaign. People should seek the truth & read her comments. The incessant vilification of the first Muslim-American women in Congress is shameful.

  9. Could not be prouder of my former Fordham Law School student . Today, in the Verge, Amazon responded to his argument. Their response? We aren't so big, don't worry. “Amazon represents less than 4 percent of the highly competitive US retail market"

  14. Fill in the blank. Radical monopolization in _____ industry means that they have used campaign contributions, lobbying, and the illusion of representing the industry's future to stop good laws from getting passed.

  15. Also, breaking up radical concentrations of power is so important right now--across industries--because monopolies & wall street keep stopping good regulation. Pharma/insurance gets in the way of health care policy. Monsanto gets in the way of good ag laws. Etc.

  16. Matt is right about this weird straw man argument. Strong support of a policy--whether it is taxing wealth or breaking up big tech-- does not mean that you think that policy magically solves every problem related to industries that the policy touches.
