    The correct answer to almost every question regarding SEO is "it depends". Most of the time, it's not because we are hedging, but more so that there is no absolute correct answer for all scenarios.

    It's always surprising to me when people expect synthetic translation to be just as good as human translation when 1) humans struggle to communicate in the same language all the time and 2) there still isn't a good fake chicken (20-year-vegetarian here, still searching).

    I once caught Biz DJ'ing in a Club in Amsterdam. I was skeptical bc I only knew the rap. And that show was slammin'. He had such incredible taste. I'm sad he's gone. What an artist and personality! RIP.

    Seeing Moz get acquired has kicked my nostalgia into high gear. Ten years ago I took some savings I had and bought a ticket. Covered the plane fare, and slept on a friend's couch to be at Mozcon 2011. It was a big bet for me at the time, but it might be the best one I ever made.

    Was petrified of heights, decided that needed to change. My method started with cliff jumping. Beginning with one that was 5 ft. Once that wasn't scary, 10, then 15, all the way until 40 ft. Then bungee jumping (the hardest by far), and finally sky diving.

    Anyone have any brilliant ideas on how to progressively challenge one's fear of heights and increase one's tolerance for that kind of risk?

    Not a criticism, but we've done this since inception. Set hours on and set hours off (with some flex), and regular rest and time off are the only ways you are going to prevent burnout.

    This is great! 👏👏👏 Every agency should do this. Here's some other things we can do as leaders to help our teams disconnect and avoid burnout:

    It also promotes very healthy work/life balance. In Mexico it is customary that no one can leave the office until the boss goes home. Which is crazy. At Altura, at 6:15 if anyone is online, something is seriously wrong.
