people are mad at youtube because it took nerd city doing this in order to get a response that wasnt an automated bullshit response. None of us actually know whats going on behind the scenes at youtube/google. people are mad because yt wont talk unless something like this happens

well tbf you're always gonna get people who want to pick up pitchforks on the internet. thats how it works. There are tribalistic people on all sides of every issue. We dont have to pay attention to them since all they are doing is circlejerking and not contributing value.

gonna sanitize the platform and become mainstream. They arent gonna stop people like lionhead viacom and WB from claiming everyone, they arent gonna stop all the abuse of content creators in a meaningful way, they arent gonna fix any of it because its never gonna benefit them.
