I recommend not using the term broken when describing heros. I remember Jeff Kaplan saying at one point that the word 'broken' has lost all meaning to him. When he hears a character is broken, he takes it as a compliment.
Just another reason Jeff Kaplan shouldn’t have any employment in Blizzard. If he considers ‘broken’ a good thing, he clearly can’t be trusted to fix the game afterward.
There is literally no point in banning smurfs and also You're aware they just put out two patches.. In two weeks!
Theres no point in banning smurfs and there is no terms against it. Which is why Counter-Strike never did anything about it. Its going to happen in any rank based game. And in the end if I was blizzard/OW team I wouldnt ban smurfs either bc ya know. Money.
Dude it got so bad with CSGO that smurf accounts were ban-able for several months, also it's ban-able to manipulate SR by boosting so a smurf account grouped with anyone that intends to raise their rank higher is ban-able, and yet nothing happens.
Mainly balancing the matches with ppl at the same level range, not someone at lvl 263 against ppl lvl 1000 above..
Delusional, would immensely increase queue times and a higher lvl player is NOT equal to a higher ranked player.
