This was in the Bronx. The cops there were trying to make an arrest when the local thugs decided to get involved. That glass breaking sound you hear is “airmail”; them throwing glass bottles at the cops.
When is this city going to be sick and tired of being sick and tired?

I know so many that have left the job early. My hat is off to all that stay and put up with this shit.
Had a buddy that was a SGT and left three years early, took a decent hit on his retirement. Left due to actions like this.

I lived near cops,they had a terrible time dealing with such horror.They were great people,as long as you were friendly,and respectful they were really nice.
