Very cool. nice read. Any insights into why the CD4+s are specifically encyclised? I would think that LFA1 would be expressed by CD8+ cells as well..really interesting phenomenon!
Absolutely, how do the hepatocytes select CD4+ T cells for enclysis and not CD8+ T cells or B cells? LFA-1 is not unique. Do the T cells invade hepatocytes? The image in the cover below shows a T cell head and tail. @A_L_Wilkinson is working on it,
