deadlifting. I know what you mean, this has happened to me. I'm convinced that it's just a dangerous exercise and it's not worth the trouble, just find another way to exercise those muscles

Looking at form videos is great, but are you recording your own form? Sometimes I think my form is on point, but looking at video shows something different. Try doing that and hopefully it'll help!

Also, I don't know your weight routine, but if you're not doing enough core exercises that can also have an effect. the core is sooooo much more important to total body exercises than most people think. Either way, good luck!

Lower the weight to gain complete control of your form. Use just the bar if you have to until you can do multiple sets without injury.
