alright, if anyone knows how to successfully get ~3500 calories into their daily diet without eating like a trash person or whacking nine meals a day, let me know cuz i’m finding it damn near impossible.
yeah i’ve been tracking my macros with Yazio for a few months and i can close the gap on fats, proteins and carbs, but not overall calories.
