alright, if anyone knows how to successfully get ~3500 calories into their daily diet without eating like a trash person or whacking nine meals a day, let me know cuz i’m finding it damn near impossible.

Are you tracking or just estimate your calories? Because I also underestimatet my calories before i started tracking and thought i eat enough. As i said i think 3500 are to high, i think the problem lies in how exactly you are estimating your foods.
