alright, if anyone knows how to successfully get ~3500 calories into their daily diet without eating like a trash person or whacking nine meals a day, let me know cuz i’m finding it damn near impossible.

My main items are, raw nuts, eggs, whole grain carbs (brown rice, quinoa, etc) meats in reasonable portions, lots of fruits and vegetables, beans. Pro-tip, a salad doesn't need lettuce to be a salad, do quinoa, beans, vegetables, cheese, nuts, and hard boiled eggs.

If you eat 1k worth of snacks and have 2500 worth of meals it can work out well. Just finding what's right for your work life balance. My end goal is nutrient dense foods not calorie dense foods. Find a good balance there and it will pay off.
