fitness pals: has anyone done the StrongLifts 5X5 Workout? i'm still researching how to switch my routine up and this seems like it might be a good jumping off point. the sets seem sorta weird to me though. does anyone I know out there use it or have you tried it at all?
yeah, that’s where i’m at now. liking splits, but not getting in enough of everything and i don’t like the idea of drop from 4/5x to 3x a week.
