fitness pals: has anyone done the StrongLifts 5X5 Workout? i'm still researching how to switch my routine up and this seems like it might be a good jumping off point. the sets seem sorta weird to me though. does anyone I know out there use it or have you tried it at all?
yeah, that's how I'm feeling looking at the workout plans. it's like, what about arms... or core?

Right, I had to add in arm isolation work, and found finishing the workout with a couple of core exercises made it a lot more balanced
