Blasphemy. The Mako is lovely. It's like a stubborn space horse. You just need to respect it and lean into the "horse climbs sideways up a mountain" that was so charming in the open world games of that time.
I can't wait to play it again, but man, every video I see, those faces, especially the eyes and lip syncing... Not too hot against the 4k glow up
Feels alot better to me. I'm playing on Insanity I used to have to save scum every 10 seconds and be really careful on this level. Now I am way more aggressive and most times I don't even need to heal. Maybe some of it is previous practice tho. Going for the 100%s again :D
The whole “point where you want to go” steering system is so bad. That’s not how deriving works! It’s not how driving has ever worked! Goddammit.
But you know that if they'd fixed it, the fans would've screamed how Bioware changed too much. Personally, I'm all, let them kids suffer like we suffered. Maybe we can make the camera even worse...?
The best part is flipping the Mako over and realising you haven’t saved in 40 mins.pic.twitter.com/ceOhEWrW3Q
I’m glad I’m not the only one who feels like the Mako still drives the way it did back in the day
(and also that the mako is the problem here and it definitely isn’t my inability to drive vehicles in games)
It's part of the experience. Enjoy.
is it bad? I haven’t left the Citadel yet.
Its silly and dated, but its still giving me huge nostalgia
