so, i bought a set of resistance bands to try and do more workouts at home, but it doesn't feel like... anything? what am i doing wrong?

This is it. Been using resistance bands since quarantine. Depending on the exercise I’m doing, I’ll have to use all 3. Sometimes, just one band will suffice. Basically just trial and error.
