so, i bought a set of resistance bands to try and do more workouts at home, but it doesn't feel like... anything? what am i doing wrong?
i got 10 - 50lb bands, and the set came with a door anchor.

You might wanna step up to the higher resistance especially is you work out regularly already. If you have it anchored to the door, the farther you stand from the door, the stronger the resistance, so you’d be limited by whatever space you have.

Depending on the exercise, you can also use your feet to anchor and adjust the slack to increase the resistance too.
