if you're not feeling anything, I'd go to the next strength of band it depends on what you're trying to work, because honestly you can do so much with them. they can be tricky to work with at times so just find an exercise that you feel is working out ___ .pic.twitter.com/3L6lwnwx1A

Might depend on the exercise you're doing, or it could just be too light a resistance. If you place your grip higher up on the band that should increase the tension.
