At the onset of this year’s madness, I bought a set of the adjustable Bowflex dumbbells up to 52.5 lbs a piece and a bench. I lift more at a gym, but was like “well, it’s only temporary and I don’t wanna go crazy.” Now I wouldn’t expect to be at a gym for a year.

Anyhow, so this really isn’t enough for me and I’m considering tracking down the heavier adjustables, but am curious what everyone else is doing at home.

For context, I have the space but don’t really have a desire to build out a big home gym that takes up a lot of space. Which is why I went with the adjustables, but I guess I’m open to other things now.

dude, i feel this. i have a couple of kettlebells and a set of 20lb dumbells. i've been doing different routines at least three or four days per week but i feel aaaalllll my progress over the last two years dropping off. i'm thinking of buying a bunch of resistance bands??
