when i feel like shit i ask the 4 questions from byron katie. take your anxious thought and ask: 1) is it true? (Y go to 2, N go to 3) 2) can i absolutely know that it's true? 3) how do i react (what happens) when i believe this thought? 4) who would i be without this thought?

I go to therapy weekly and I’m on two antidepressants and it rules! If you’re feeling depressed, consider therapy and meds! They RULE
