weight-lifting pals: i think i have to give up on deadlifts? can’t get past a certain weight (this time it was 270lbs) without seriously hurting my back. i go slow, i concentrate on having as perfect form as possible, and i still end up walking like an old man for a week. why?
i'm REALLY trying to not admit that i have a weak back, but it might be time.

I have a bad back. I get it from my dad so I try not to strain it lol. I get the pride thing though. I tried deadlifts for a long time too
