weight-lifting pals: i think i have to give up on deadlifts? can’t get past a certain weight (this time it was 270lbs) without seriously hurting my back. i go slow, i concentrate on having as perfect form as possible, and i still end up walking like an old man for a week. why?

thats a 45-60 minutes sesh, depending on the rest. Usually aim for 45 seconds of rest in-between reps. Throw in cardio, stretching and abs its usually 70-90 minutes
