Mine's kind of similar except it's work out for a month and then take a break for a year and a half.

This is my life right now. Used to run 5km a day 5 days a week. Took off 6 months due to a back injury and a 3km run nearly kills me, even at a glacial pace.

It’ll end up being good for you in the end! Took a month off when my daughter was first born. Took about 2 months to get back to my pre baby lifts, but after that I kept climbing. Extended time off can really help break out of plateaus. Just make sure to switch up your workouts!

I feel you on this. Have had this happen to me before (because of work stuff). But can definitely power through, always hard but never impossible!

Hey bro, give it about a week and a half, you’ll be back. If you were supplementing creatine it might take you 2-3weeks to get the rep volume back but you haven’t lost anything. It’s just a mental feeling of “oh now I’m weak af” that you have to get over
