This is definitely grounds for a very successful civil case from the looks of it. Defamation requires the accused to have knowingly spread false information, which is exactly what they were doing here. But it requires a plaintiff.

The real Hunter Kelly needs to sue Jacob Wohl for every cent he has. Sued for defamation. And Jacob Wohl should be charged with identity theft. Wohl should be in some sort of serious legal trouble for this.
