fair use is a my opinions don't invalidate that law doesn't mean i like tha law as it protects people from ripping content off others profiting off others like the top 10 fortnite channels they got wealthy from ripping off random fortnite streamers like ninja is that fair?

And how do you define copying ninja? Is it copying just to stream the same game as him? Or how much does one have to do to consider it copying off him? Fair use is more than protecting people from profiting off others, 1/2

i was referring to taking random clips of his streams and other streamers then making millions of views on top 10 whatever fortnite videos

True, while that doesn’t require a lot of work it does alter the base content to create something new. I assume that would be a grey area for fair use, Maybe if the person was commentating over it would be better.

yeah thats my point it's not fair use it's not fair to do it, the amount of money these channels made by just using other peoples content thats not fair to me

That’s understandable, but how does that relate to this situation? The person in question wasn’t doing anything like that.

what the nostalgia critic does what angry video game nerd does thats fair use done right thats fair use as it also benefits the creator and creats something new, theres many ways to abuse fair use many like for example reacting to random youtube videos

So reacting and giving commentary to something happening in someone else’s video shouldn’t be fair use in your eyes?

no it shouldn't be as it uses that persons video specifically to profit so no that should not be fair use reaction channels is fair use done wrong
