I don't agree with false copyright strikes but I also don't agree with using other people's work and profiting off it while hiding behind the flawed fair use law I never checked your video but I assume it had parts of this other person's video and you used that content to profit
How is it flawed? It has specific criteria. And "using other's work" isn't inherently wrong - reviews, for instance, and using creative commons works (which are still copyrighted unless put in public domain explicitly) that people made for others to use are "using others' work"
I don't think many are ok with being used for profit by another person so in that sense I understand the person being upset don't agree on copyright claims though but rather a discussion between the two parties
yeah, but it is constructive criticism. the used content are examples of improvement. professional critics don't look at a piece of art once and say "well, there were some things wrong" and leave it at that because they use specific examples of what was wrong with the artwork.
What
He’s using footage to show what the bad @enesbatur00 is doing
yeah i wasn't aware of that so i took back what i said about the situation
Having said you never checked his video pretty much makes your opinion about this situation irrelevant. To my knowledge he used small snippets from pewdiepie a video, and the person in questions video to criticize someone blatantly stealing and copying another persons video.
if that was the case then what i said doesn't apply to him i was just mentioning the general use of fair use and how i feel about it
