Most Russian diplomats at all levels speak Turkish. Mid and low level embassy staff speak Turkish and follow Turkey's agenda in Turkish. Could we utter the same for our diplomats?

Poutine takes advantage of the bullying of Turkey by other countries,he obviously understood how to play it nice. Poutine is boycotted by the West but sees everyone because the whole world is rushing to him now. His obsession is US, so anything that pisses off US is a victory .
