Okay, buffoon, let's go over basic capitalism. If a company is at risk of losing marketability, whether it be by losing consumers or stockholders, the company will adapt to the demands of consumers. The LGBT community is gaining traction, both by members and allies.

If YouTube loses the support of the LGBT community, they risk losing a big part of their consumer base, and, in turn, they receive less money, and stockholders withdraw their stocks to maintain their own financial stability.
