    Really intersting to speak to people this week who tell us they only felt comfortable applying for a post in a charity. This just isn't right. What steps do you take to ensure everyone feels that they would be welcome in your charity?

    With the way boards are currently set up, most young folk or those with less career experience (like me) don’t stand a chance of becoming a trustee. So if ur a change makers who wants to champion diversity on boards, pls check this out!
