Real-time video fingerprinting should have been put in place to avoid this. All those tech platforms who allowed this uncontrolled livestreaming to happen should be held responsible as the shooter wouldn't have dared to stream it unless the platform allowed them to do so.
What about the terrorists and extremists commenting on posts supporting this terrorist attack?
