Dry? Assume less duplication is good?
A revealing, simple way to rate both org structure health and product vision is the amount of duplicated efforts. A healthy org is a DRY org.

Yes - Don't Repeat Yourself is better. Duplication means failure to assign responsibilities/to cooperate/just to figure who does what/to decide what you're offering to customers/etc.
