    It’s very disappointing and regrettable to have such statements from the this show very little understanding of the matter particularly regarding the 2nd filling of Dam prior agreements and the fact that it’s “pure physics”!

    : 🇪🇺 regrets Ethiopia’s second filling without prior agreement with partners downstream. Unilateral actions are unhelpful to finding negotiated solution. EU calls on all involved to resume negotiations & supports led talks.
