I want to switch to Godot actually. It seems to make GMS2 look inferior with features, updates, and transparency with the community.

It is true, godot is an great engine and the community is amazing.. but GMS has its place - I wish they would drop price of android exporter etc - it's a shame as theyd have allot more people using if they did.
