I just want to clarify the contest ends at !2:00 AM UTC on Jan 2nd. Meaning, when the 1st turns into the second. Rules in blog post say 12 p.m. and, saying midnight of the 2nd makes it sound like the 2nd is a viable dev day. please clarify. #GMSpaceMods

Would also like this clarified, although everything I've seen in the promotional material says midnight on the 2nd UTC, so it'd be pretty strange if they didn't allow the 2nd as a dev day.
