It depends on what kind of job/industry you’re applying to. If your job is a little more creative, it’s encouraged to make the resume reflect tnat. But a lot of industries still prefer traditional resumes.

It makes me so upset how in LinkedIn if you put a picture of yourself (a nice one) then you’re more likely to get hired or be interested by others. I don’t think or believe it should be that way. I believe you should be accepted by others by the achievements.
