ye i mean maps as a predictor is good if in same meta, but if meta changes the maps where a team is good/bad also can change a lot.
Given the long preparation and scouting time as well as the new meta for playoffs, I have to question the reliability of maps as a predictor. I think in general we give too much credence to the concept of map advantage because we know it works in other games.

not to mention a big % of the games played were on a VERY different patches. Also, if I remember correctly, in CSGO it's much easier to track a map record because the game, but also the rosters don't change for a long time. Whereas OWL rosters have moved all over the place.
