In 2018, I found out a person was arrested by ICE in a locked room at the Fresno County jail and was reported as a rearrest, not transfer. I sent a FOIA to ICE seeking that info, and nearly two years later, I got a response. ICE picked up 102 ppl at the Fresno County jail in FY 2018.
