There is a local restaurant that had problems with BLM morons disrupting traffic ifo the business. One of the organizers posted on social media for her followers to go on Yelp and post negative reviews on food/service and accuse staff of being racist. Those false posts were made.
When YELP first started and called my business, they told me that if I paid extra they could manipulate the feedback for me. This just reaffirms my conclusion that YELP is shady AF
I looked into improving a score for a neighbor's cafe once. They have "no control" over FIXING the algorithms. Idiocy. BUT rest assured you can BUY ad packages. Umm, extortion anyone? Sorry, how is this different from the Mob's 'protection' racket?
