I am okay with the professor wanting some actual decorum in the class, I think the girl was very disrespectful. However, calling the police to embarrass her was over the top and uncalled for too.

Were you there? I didn't see any disrespectful behavior in the video other than from the professor. I've seen fights in classrooms that had less rx!

Tryina get comfortable and relaxed (the way most people learn best) is lacking decorum? I can understand if she had her feet all on somebody shoulders, but that chair in front of her was empty was it not? College is awfully expensive to be wasting days cuz a proof wants to flex

You have NO idea what we sit on right now. Classroom chairs/tables don’t get cleaned regularly (usually floors just get swept) I wouldn’t be surprised what types of germs and bacteria are on these chairs/desks here at GSU.

Now that is gross. Sorry to hear that but doesn’t that mean that feet on the chairs actually make it worse?

I’m saying most ppl do not care bc we know these objects aren’t clean to begin with.

Hmmmmmm Putting your feet up on furniture is rude and disrespectful.....period! That said . ..I wonder if there's more to this story not being told. This is probably an on going problem that was being ignored

There are actually students from the class saying nothing happened before. The professor just called the cops as a step 1

I understand that. I been in college classes before. I would have thought that excessive, but there seems there should be more to this story. Hopefully the college can ferret it out.

so all the money these students pay for classes, especially to pass and have a final coming up and this teacher just wastes all their money and canceled class cause a girl had her feet up.....wow i almost wanna say if that girl was white maybe it could have gone different but nah
