    Trump’s attacks on the 2020 election damaged democracy. True, but it also presents an electoral advantage to Democrats. Trump’s attacks may reduce Republican turnout, doing a voter suppression in reverse. It is not the most uplifting thing you want but you take what you have.

    Many right wing extremists came from former or current communist countries. Christian conservatives in E. Germany. Orban, Klaus. Solzhenitsyn was a downright reactionary. Also rabid Chinese and Vietnamese Trump supporters. Mainland Chinese dissidents.

    Because they are not liberals.

    There is this chatter Biden votes do not follow Bendford’s law whereas Trump’s votes do. if true, it can be due to voter suppressions by the Republicans. Also consistent with a Biden win but a down ballot loss. We applied Bendford’s law to Chinese data.
