Folks:
1) Masks are an important public health tool for those who *aren't fully vaccinated*.
2) My suggestions are fully in line with the guidance the CDC issued yesterday.
3) You might want to, um, read the article?
Have a great weekend, y'all.

Also: Feel free to wear a mask, a headscarf, a mini-skirt, or whatever you like. It's a free country! (I myself might start wearing masks whenever I have a cold.) Just don't pretend that you're helping to fight the pandemic by wearing masks outdoors if you're fully vaccinated.

Bad take. Folks who want/need to wear them should be free to do so. Some states/municipalities still require them within 6 feet, even outdoors. Stay in your lane of expertise…

I find it disappointing that you call our most cost-effective measure to fight the pandemic "hygiene theater."

I am fully vaccinated but I own a bunch of masks. Since wearing them doesn't bother me one bit, I'll continue to wear them out in public, especially here in Hawaii where the mask mandate is still in effect.
