FGM is already rampant in the UK and it is growing in the US as well. The families of these girls need to be prosecuted. There needs to be a reaction. We cannot turn a blind eye to atrocities because someone said that someone said that an imaginary being in the sky said it’s ok!

We will never defeat Islam until we are willing to defeat all religions. As long as religious freedom protects ppl who break the law, religious zealots will exploit those laws. You cant close the loopholes for one religion and not for others. It all has to go.
I wouldn't trust a religious medical doctor anyway. They'll find a better one. A decent one.
What I'd like to see is a notification of this doctor's practice and as people we should exercise our right by not giving them our business. Laws and sentences aren't needed here, what's needed is to use our $ to combat this ignorance and stupidity. Let her work at McD's
