However, when Muslims emigrate to Western societies, we have to bend rules to accommodate their beliefs, rather than their accepting societal norms in new home. Everything from not shaking hands, food, Fridays off for prayer has to be accommodated by non-Muslims in West!

We are all believers of Truth and would be little different from each other if we lived each other’s lives. Even our beliefs from our ancestors are little different. It’s difficult to judge others, it’s like judging Yourself. We are a Tolerant Nation but question intolerance

I think there has to be a distinction between not doing something (huh hubby) & forcing someone to do something (shake stranger hand) and also some laws/cultural practices need to absolutely be challenged even if you move to live in the country (hijab in Iran).
