Luckily we have a tiny number of NeoNazis on our planet-a small pool to potentially act upon the teachings But if we had 1.6 billion of them, then yes, a % would be susceptible enough to their indoctrination that they would act And *any* percentage of 1.6 billion is bad odds
Here in India most Muslims advocate death for apostasy..most of them believe in radical idealogy. They have just not picked the weapon and the current right wing government has kept them well under control..
