What is it w S Asia that it houses the most tribal ppl? They all hate each other even though theyre the exact same ppl. It’s so funny how Bengalis and Pakistanis hate each other when theyre both Indian anyway (that they hate too).Even if not religious,theyre still bitterly tribal

Yes! Even if they’re not even Muslim...which is the weird part to me. Islam teaches to put Muslims above nonMuslims...but even though they have left the religion, they still have that tribal mentality.

For me, leaving Islam meant being free from the tribal constraints...but they hang on for some reason. It’s very rare to see Pakistani ExMuslims intermarry w other ethnic groups. Even ppl born and raised in the West.

Religious tribalism is definitely dangerous, but even without religion, ppl will still separate themselves anyway. I don’t get why. I was so happy to be free of it. Tribalism is so gross and racist.
