I know an ExMuslim woman from Bangladesh-her brother married a Pakistani woman. Their family forgave her apostasy, but disowned the brother!

Yes! Even if they’re not even Muslim...which is the weird part to me. Islam teaches to put Muslims above nonMuslims...but even though they have left the religion, they still have that tribal mentality.

It's part of the culture sadly. I'm half white but was born and raised in South East Asia for the first 18 years of my life. I find the Asian culture in general to be pretty oppressive and controlling, though it differs from country to country. They can be quite racist and (1/2)

xenophobic as well. There's a lot of hypocrisy too. After I moved to the west I really appreciate and cherish the amount of freedom I have here, the fact that I have rights here and my rights are protected, and that I'm valued as a human being. (2/2)

Same w so many groups of ppl that were Islamized. At least India still exists strong and proud...Egyptians, for example, completely lost their pre-Islamic heritage. They call themselves Arab now. So many bright cultures were dampened by a thick coating of Islam.

They hate each other because the parents teach the children to hate. It passes on through the generations. The children believe whatever they’re told. It’s just like religion. To change things, reach the children.
