At the moment Sam Harris is getting WAY more toxicity, smears and accusations of being an intellectual fake thrown his way from progressives and neofeminists than he ever got from Prager style conservatives and/or traditional Christians. Example:

Yes. It’s disgusting. And I can relate. My attackers are mostly from the far-left too. I hardly ever get attacks from Muslims (unless I’m supporting existence of Israel). And only once from the far-right. The far left are a rabid angry bunch that don’t like reason or facts.
